How much does an office suite cost?+
We have three price points: $800/month for a Starter Office, $1,200/month for a Professional Suite, and $1,900/month for an Executive Suite. Utilities and internet are not included in the rate. Call (407) 717-3977 for current availability.
What sizes are available at each price?+
Each price point covers several different offices, so sizes and layouts vary. Starter Offices suit one or two people, Professional Suites fit a small team with client space, and Executive Suites are our largest. Call (407) 717-3977 and we'll match you with the office that fits your business.
Are the offices move-in ready?+
Yes. Each suite is a clean, private, lockable office ready for you to move into. Bring your own furniture and equipment and you can start working right away.
Can I see the offices in person?+
Absolutely, and we recommend it. We're open 7:00 AM-7:00 PM every day. Call (407) 717-3977 to set up a walkthrough and we'll show you everything available in your price range.
What's included in the monthly rate?+
The monthly rate covers your private, lockable office suite, common-area maintenance and free parking. Utilities and internet are not included and are handled separately. Call (407) 717-3977 and we'll go over the details for the suite you're interested in.
Where exactly are you located?+
We're at 651 Main St. E. #12 in downtown Haines City, FL - directly across from City Hall, walkable to restaurants, cafes and shops, with easy access to Highway 27 and US-17/92.
